Krvavé ostří
Author: Sarah J. Maas
15,96 €
Even before the events of Throne of Glass, Celaena Sardothien lives in a world where skill as an assassin does not guarantee personal freedom. Sarah J. Maas's Krvavé ostří brings together five prequel novellas about her past, her relationship with Arobynn Hamel, and her bond with Sam. Missions on remote islands and in the desert reveal the choices behind her later story.
About the book
The five novellas follow Celaena in an assassin's world dominated by Arobynn Hamel. Her abilities give her a special standing, yet rules, orders, and relationships continue to constrain her. Sam is another important figure in her past.
Missions across islands and desert landscapes reveal different forms of power and dependence. Enslavement and the struggle for freedom force Celaena to weigh what others expect of her against the choices she wants to take responsibility for herself.
These stories take place before the main series and add context to Celaena's character and relationships. Chronology differs from the recommended reading order: the author's official guide places this book after Crown of Midnight and before Heir of Fire.
