14,76 €
Padnout na zem by Rebecca Yarros is the fourth book in the romance series Vzlety a pády. Josh Walker and Ember Howard have already faced bereavement, military training, and a long-distance relationship. Now Josh is preparing for deployment to Afghanistan, and Ember fears war will take another person she loves.
Her father's death changed Ember's family and her sense of a secure future. She found closeness with Josh, but must learn to live with uncertainty. Josh has completed flight school and is due to return to Afghanistan. They try to make the most of their days together before departure, though fear shadows their romantic plans.
Yarros explores the tension between duty, personal ambition, and commitment to a partner. The couple must face events beyond their control and earlier experiences of loss. Military life makes their decisions urgent. This fourth installment builds on earlier characters and events and suits readers already familiar with Josh and Ember's story.
