Přitažlivost planety Krypton
Author: Jiří Mádl
13,16 €
Martin and Veronika have built a relationship through writing. Over several years, with interruptions, they meet in the virtual Planeta Krypton while promising never to see each other in person. In his debut novel, Jiří Mádl explores closeness at a distance and the uncertainties of growing up.
Written communication creates intimacy while preserving a distance they have chosen. Awakening sexuality, the search for home, family ties, and earlier wounds enter the relationship. The virtual space offers contact, but their decisions remain tied to life beyond it. Spanning several years, the story follows two young people's development and the tension between emotional safety and the desire to meet.
